Develop and implement the strategic sales plan of in-charge Category.
Make report and implement the Category Management to have understanding the in charge category under direction of team leader and director.
Keep update with Market Trends through research, analyze, and evaluate the market to identify customers’ need and product trends.
Responsibility 2: Merchandising Management
Ensure daily, monthly task fulfilled.
Manage the performance of in charge subcategory effectively in terms of sales, profit, commission, rotation days, inventory, promotion, and product assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
Manage the in charge sub category’s Vendor to through negotiating and cooperating in trading term, pricing, promotion, activations and other to ensure the strategic cooperation as well as ensure the performance of in charge category.
Cooperate with related teams (GS, PB, POG, Product team, MKT, OPD, etc.) to source, develop new product and optimize the in charge category structure.
Responsibility 3: Reporting
Timely and complete reporting (daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc) as assigned.
