1. Purpose of the Role
To plan and deliver internal communication initiatives that connect employees with the company's strategy, values and culture, ensuring information reaches the right audience at the right time, consistently and engagingly.
2. Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
- Develop annual, quarterly and monthly internal communication plans aligned with company direction and leadership priorities.
- Execute campaigns on policies, organizational changes, HR programs, strategic initiatives and leadership messages.
- Partner with HR, functional teams and senior leaders to gather information and identify communication needs.
Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit and proofread content in both English and Vietnamese, including newsletters, all-staff emails, intranet articles, leadership messages, talking points and FAQs.
- Coordinate the production of multimedia content such as photos, videos, infographics, posters and presentations.
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, brand standards and content quality across both languages, with accurate and natural translation/localization where needed.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Organize and support internal events: town halls, year-end parties, team-building activities, cultural programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Develop programs that strengthen engagement and promote core values.
- Support change communication during organizational transitions.
Channel Management & Measurement
- Manage and optimize internal channels (email, intranet, Workplace/Teams/Slack, digital screens, notice boards).
- Collect feedback, track key metrics (open rate, engagement, participation) and report on effectiveness regularly.
- Recommend improvements to channels and formats based on data and insights.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage budgets, timelines and vendors/agencies for assigned activities.
- Support the Senior Manager on key communication projects; guide junior team members or interns when needed.
