Senior Preventive Maintenance Engineer - SHTP District 9 (Having shuttle bus)

Be responsible to maintain good machines condition & operation efficiency Coordinate with Production/ QA/ global engineering teams, vendors in equipment-related topics to ensure the development of equipment in production and technical knowledge in PM team

Be in charge in some Improvement projects which enhance Maintenance system

1. Support TPM program: AM pillar, PM pillar and handle assign improvement projects: EAM, OEE, VE/GK which enhance PM system
2. Make sure all production machines run smoothly and control KPIs related to department target (MTTR, MTTF, Downtime rate)
3. Conduct proper pro-active maintenance, lead troubleshooting in cooperation with other teams
4. Conduct proper plan and action of preventive maintenance and Change Over
5. Ensure new machines & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over successfully
6. Support for Machines, equipment, and assets management
7. Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities
8. Support management in planning & implementing layout/ production technology & strategy
9. Prepare reports, machine documentation, and provide full training to technician team.

• Education: Bachelor of Automation, Control Engineering; Mechatronics; Mechanical Engineering or above
• Experience: Min 4 years of experience as the same roles for Manufacturing company (Electronic Manufacturing field is a plus)
• Knowledge: English proficiency: Good level (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
• Functional Skills: 

1. Control Engineering & Automation skills in trouble shooting & design
2. Mechanical Engineering skills in trouble shooting & design
3. Good capability to use automation software (Mitsubishi, Weintek…) and Solid Work, AutoCAD software
4. Good in leadership
