SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST – MANUFACTURING

1. Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development

• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers of raw materials, components, tooling, and services required for manufacturing operations.
• Assess supplier capabilities, coordinate supplier audits, and build long-term strategic partnerships.

2. Cost & Commercial Management

• Conduct price analysis, quotation comparisons, and cost structure assessments.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to optimize purchasing costs while ensuring product quality and supply stability.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives in line with the company's annual cost reduction targets.

3. Contract & Procurement Data Management

• Prepare, review, and manage purchase contracts and framework agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams to obtain contract approvals.
• Monitor contract compliance and renewal timelines, and maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and contract data in the ERP system.

4. Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Planning teams on procurement activities and new projects.
• Prepare reports on spending, cost savings, and sourcing performance.
• Analyze procurement options, recommend sourcing strategies, and present proposals to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in industrial or component manufacturing sectors.
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, cost analysis, quotation comparison, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prepare reports, develop effective presentations, and present recommendations to management.
• Proactive, responsible, ethical, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
