We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Senior Project Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Senior Project Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

1. Customer relationship management

• Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility

• Accountable for building and coordinating relationships on many levels between customer organizations, Developers, Consultants, ID contractors, Maincons, Subcons, and Saint-Gobain as well as other stakeholders.

• Accountable for developing SGB position in his/her customer base or market area

• Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for the entire SGB sales team (e.g: cross-selling).

• Manage and make sales forecast

• Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of Saint-Gobain team

• Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data

2. Sell

• Accountable for pipelines, leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets

• Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety

• Maintains full information on opportunities, tasks, and visits.

• Timely and accurate reporting

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• 3-5 years of experience in project sales, Technical background in Building Construction is a priority

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

• Mastering customer contacts, presentations and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities, and basic contractual and financial terms knowledge.

• Fast learner and passion for sales

• Self-motivated, aggressive with a results-driven approach
