Manage and develop assigned Key Accounts to achieve sales targets
Develop and execute account plans, sales pipeline and sales forecasts for key customers
Manage projects from early engagement, specification, quotation, contract signing to payment collection
Build and maintain strong relationships with Developers, Main Contractors, Consultants and Architects
Coordinate with technical teams to provide product presentations, technical solutions and specifications
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and control risks related to pricing, payment and receivables
Involved in Sales strategy & sales planning, sales forecast, implement marketing plans and sales activities. Identifying new opportunities for business & growth.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Construction or related fields
Good English communication skills
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in construction materials, coatings, fire protection or related industries
Strong network and relationships with Developers, Contractors, Consultants and Architects
Good understanding of project sales process, tendering, contracts and payment terms
Good presentation & communication skills
Proficiency in MS office
Ability to work actively and independently
