Senior Quantity Surveyor Executive (Ha Noi location)

I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Cost estimation for construction work related to renovation and extension;
• Check the appropriate between estimation, drawings and technical requirements
• Checking, analyzing and evaluating bids;
• Check the bill of quantities (BOQ) of the contractor together with the construction contract;
• Check the balance sheet of the contractors;
• Participate in technical and price negotiation with Bidder;
• Summary total cost of the construction investment;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager;
• Others works.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• At least 5 years experience at a quantity surveyor position.
• University degree in technology with emphasis on construction, architecture, M&E or related majors;
• Knowledge about construction price;
• Familiar with the process of a construction work;
• Understand technical drawings, technical requirements, project standards;
• Understand basicly design related to architecture, structure, M&E ;
• Understand technical requirements of project, technical standards .
