JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields
- 3-5 years working experience as Customer Service
- Knowledgeable in ERP System/ Epico
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization
- Hard working, responsible, honestly, quickly, enthusiastic
- Ability to team-working and work independently, cautiously
- Organizational, arrangement skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication in English
Working Time: 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM (Mondays – Fridays)
