Key Responsibilities

•  Respond to customer inquiries via email, website, WhatsApp, Facebook, phone, and other online channels.

•  Advise travelers on suitable Day Trips, Short Breaks, Package Tours, and Customized Holidays.

•  Prepare quotations, tour proposals, and personalized itineraries.

•  Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with international travelers and partners.

•  Coordinate with suppliers, guides, hotels, transportation providers, and the Operations Team.

•  Maintain customer records and sales reports.

•  Participate in product development, marketing campaigns, social media activities, and destination inspections.

•  Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

•  At least 2 years experienced in International Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, English, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

•  Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in inbound tour sales of tour packages are highly preferred.

•  Good written and spoken English.

•  Passion ,dedication for travel and tourism.

•  Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer service mindset.

•  Knowledge of Vietnam and Southeast Asia destinations is an advantage.

•  Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team. And overtime under high pressured environment
