Senior SMT Engineer

1. Manage and train SMT/AI technicians

2. Responsible to daily SMT/AI machine performance, efficiency and quality

3. Study, provide DFM, stencils and fixtures, programming for new project introduction

4. Manage machine maintenance and documentation

5. Provide working instruction and assist training of SMT/AI operator

6. Spear head monthly improvement

7. Responsible for SMT/AI operation safety

Yêu cầu công việc

1. At least Junior college (mechanism or electronic specialty)

2. At least 4 years relevant experience

3. Have the knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO9000

4. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.

5. With dynamic character to satisfy customer’s demands
