Job Purpose
To support factory expansion, we are looking for an experienced recruiter responsible for end-to-end hiring of indirect (office & technical roles), including engineers, specialists, and managerial positions, aligned with production ramp-up and business growth needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Execution
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across the company, including:
Office roles (Purchasing, Fin/Accounting, Admin)
Technical roles (Engineering, Production, QA, maintenance, etc.)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Key activities include:
Posting jobs and sourcing candidates through recruitment channels
Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Supporting offer preparation and onboarding process
Ensure hiring progress meets the company’s manpower plan and recruitment timeline.
2. Candidate Sourcing
Use different recruitment channels (Job websites, Professional networks, Social media, Candidate referrals) to attract suitable candidates
Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
3. Recruitment Tracking
Maintain recruitment records and update hiring reports regularly.
Analyzing candidate data and market recruitment trends to support decision-making regarding appropriate strategies.
Monitor hiring progress and provide updates to the hiring manager and HR team when needed.
4. Other Support
Support factory recruitment activities during peak hiring periods when required.
Assist in basic recruitment communication or employer branding activities if needed.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BA, Engineering or related fields.
At least 4 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing.
Strongly seeking candidates with technical recruitment or headhunting backgrounds for manufacturing clients.
