The Senior Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing recruitment activities for managerial and senior-level positions (Senior, Manager, High-level) across both Technology and Non-Technology functions, partnering closely with the business during periods of growth and scale-up.
• Proactively develop and execute recruitment strategies for Tech and Non-Tech functions, aligned with business objectives and the company’s growth stage
• Directly lead and manage the recruitment of roles ranging from individual contributors to managerial and senior-level positions (Tech Leads, Architects, Product, Data, Business, Operations, etc.)
• Act as a Talent Advisor to Hiring Managers by providing guidance on team structure, capability requirements, talent market insights, and talent attraction strategies
• Work closely with business units to understand short-term, mid-term, and long-term workforce planning, priorities, and hiring needs
• Proactively source and build a high-quality talent pipeline through multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, headhunting, etc.)
• Apply data and insights to track recruitment performance (time to hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion, etc.) and continuously optimize recruitment processes
• Contribute to strengthening employer branding and delivering a positive, professional candidate experience
• Demonstrate strong ownership, taking end-to-end responsibility for assigned hiring scopes
• Other tasks as assignment.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within technology, product, fintech, IT services, or digital businesses
• Proven experience recruiting Senior/ Manager/ High-level roles across both Tech and Non-Tech functions
• Solid understanding of the technology talent market, organizational models, roles, and hiring trends
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into effective talent solutions
• Data-driven mindset, capable of using metrics to support decision-making and improve recruitment effectiveness
• Flexible, energetic, and proactive working style with a strong can-do attitude, able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
• Strong ownership mindset, high sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and commitment to the organization’s overall growth
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
