Mô tả Công việc

1. Planning

  • Collaborate to develop clear and actionable digital marketing campaign plans aligned with each target market.

2. Online Advertising Campaign Management

  • Execute online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, targeting international markets.
  • Implement SEO and SEM activities to improve search performance and visibility.

3. Campaign Analysis & Optimization

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Insights to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize effectiveness.

4. Content Creation

  • Create marketing content including ad copy, blog posts, press releases, and other materials tailored for international markets.

5. Social Media & Digital Channels Management

  • Develop and manage international social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Plan content calendars and execute campaigns tailored to each platform.

6. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Professional Experience

  • Preferred certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, etc.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to international markets.
  • Hands-on experience in executing online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience working in an agency or in-house agency model is an advantage.
  • Experience with Online-to-Offline (O2O) marketing models is a plus.

3. Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficient in tracking and analyzing marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SEMrush, Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to apply AI tools in digital marketing activities.
  • Strong English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
