Key Purpose of the Job:
The SEO & Web Developer Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the digital presence of Asia Strategic's portfolio brands (WSE, Kids&Us, Logiscool) across their respective websites and online platforms. This role leads SEO strategy and execution, website content management, web platform maintenance, and cross-brand tool administration. The specialist works closely with the Performance Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to ensure websites are well-optimized, up-to-date, and conversion-ready.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement SEO plans across WSE, Kids&Us (KU), and Logiscool (LGS) websites to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits for all managed websites.
• Create, publish, and optimize web content (articles, landing pages, blog posts) via CMS platforms (Strapi, WordPress, CRM portals).
• Audit, refresh, and optimize existing web content and high-potential legacy articles to improve rankings, organic traffic, and maintain content relevance.
• Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Hubspot; report insights regularly.
• Manage backlink building activities (e.g., via ClickOn/MiniSEO Suite) and maintain third-party listing platforms (Edu2Review, Toplist).
• Translate and localize website content (EN-VI) for BU LGS via Lokalise in coordination with the Content team.
• Update and maintain Google Business Map profiles and monthly social club content.
• Stay ahead of search trends by developing and executing Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to ensure portfolio brands maintain high visibility, brand authority across AI-driven search engines (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).
2. Website Content Management & Development
• Manage and update content on CMS platforms: WSE Strapi, Kids&Us WordPress, Logiscool CRM.
• Update Activity Calendars, event pages, location data, and GPS coordinates across brand websites on a regular basis.
• Implement website design changes (e.g., homepage updates) in coordination with the Creative team.
• Raise and manage web support tickets via WSE Web Ticket Portal (Atlassian) for global web platform issues.
• Set up and manage popup forms and lead capture elements on websites using HubSpot.
• Conduct regular user behavior analysis, funnel audits to identify growth opportunities and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) quick-wins on website.
• Update and implement interactive English proficiency tests and quiz funnels via website activity builders; optimize test flows and user experience to maximize lead generation.
3. Email Template & Messaging Setup
• Receive email content from stakeholders and build/upload HTML email templates in HubSpot.
• Set up and manage SMS campaigns for WSE via Vietguys platform.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all email and SMS communications.
4. Tool & Vendor Administration
• Manage subscriptions, renewals, billing, and access credentials for all digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, SEMrush, SE Ranking, Ladipage, ClickOn, QR-ME, etc.).
• Coordinate procurement processes (PR/PO) for tool renewals and new purchases.
• Monitor tool expiry dates and initiate renewals in advance per company policy.
• Maintain and update a centralized credential and platform access log for team reference.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Monitor and report on SEO KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profile, domain authority) across all brands via Looker Studio dashboards.
• Input digital performance data into the monthly Commercial Report for management review.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data.

Required Competencies
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, SE Ranking, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4).
• Proficiency in CMS platforms: WordPress, Strapi, or similar headless CMS.
• Basic web development skills: HTML, CSS; ability to implement on-page SEO changes without developer support.
• Experience with HubSpot for form setup, popup management, and email template building.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile management and local SEO best practices.
• Understanding of website analytics, UTM tracking, pixel setup, and GA4 event configuration.
• Strong content sense: ability to write/edit web copy and brief content creators for SEO purposes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration (Creative, Content, Performance, IT).
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to coordinate with global web teams and vendors.
Qualification and Experience Required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, Web Content Management, or a related digital marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-market digital presence is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Vietnamese and English (written and verbal) for content localization and vendor communication.
