Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, repair, and technical support for our equipment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and supporting customers in both onsite and remote environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Service: Provide Performing Installation, commissioning, training, application support, maintenance, calibration services and repairs for customers.
- Provide technical support via onsite visits, phone, and email.
- Prepare and update service reports, calibration certificates, and equipment databases.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for technical guidance and troubleshooting.
- Manage service schedules, tools, spare parts, and workshop.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments, in order to offer solutions that fulfill the customer’s needs
- Support internal technical projects when required.
- Willing to work extra hours to complete tasks and fulfilling customer’s needs.
- Ability to be available and on-call 24 hours per day.
