SHE MANAGER- MANUFACTURING

- Manage facilities and machinery to ensure that labor accidents do not occur.

- Ensure compliance with Environmental Law, Radiation Safety Law, Occupational Safety and Health Law, Fire Prevention and Fighting and other legal regulations related to Safety, Health, and Environment

- Responsible for all Health & Safety and Environmental management activities.

- Implement and jointly build the SHE system with the COE team.

- Analyze, evaluate and manage SHE hazards and risks, propose measures to reduce/eliminate risks.

- Develop policies, rules and regulations for the SHE system at the Factory.

Safety - Health - Environment system management.

- Internally evaluate and prepare/participate in external inspection/audit activities, ensuring the suitability of the SHE system at the Factory.

- Develop annual operating goals, plans and budgets of the SHE department.

- Building, training and developing human resources

 Leadership skills, problem solving

• Logical skills and systematic approach.

• Understanding of HSE law, graduated from engineering major.

• Know industry Audit standards and HAZOP

• Communicate and use English

• Knowledge of databases and digital tools
