Shift Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Line Daily/Weekly/Monthly cutoff by shift tracking, 3 shift resource arrange and cooperation
• Quality summary and control by risk assessments, audit and record
• All key device cycle time review with Planning to ensure within control
• Shift process condition (inventory, age lot, small lot distribute) review and abnormal highlight
• Line voice feedback and support need summary with action plan
• Delivery company voice, new police, new requires, new rule from management to line and conduct mindset training

Requirements

Education background: Bachelor's degree major science and Engineering

Experience:

• More than 3 years’ experience for electronics production
• Preference of EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) working experience (Assembly·        

•  English communication ability and comprehensive ability for SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)/WI (Working Instruction)
•  Familiar with assembly/test process & QC (Quality Control) tools and system
• Office software operation skills
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Problem solving skills
• Good ownership for production management
• OTD (On Time Delivery)/CT (Cycle Time)/ Quality conception
