Shipping Specialist (Working at Manufacturing)

ROLE OVERVIEW

‐ Responsible for overall Company's import/export activities.

‐ Manage the synchronization between logistics agency and factory/company’s department for smooth delivery of all requested shipments.

ABOUT JOB

‐ Import: receive requests from company’s departments, check delivery time and shipping cost quotation, coordinate with agency to do the related procedures for goods to be delivered to the Company.

‐ Export: based on export plan agreed by customers, contact the relevant parties to ship the goods on time, prepare and provide documents at the request of the customers (including packing list, invoice, certificate of origin).

‐ Follow up with agency on shipments’ matters: declaration, liquidation, import tax waiver or refund, bill, transportation, C/O.

‐ Check and balance the imported materials for export.

‐ In‐charge of annual customs clearance, annual customs finalization, working with Customs Audit.

‐ Prepare monthly import/export customs declaration report and send it to Accountant.

‐ Monitor and update shipping costs to Accountant.

‐ Filling and storage shipping documents scientifically.

‐ Shipment are proceeded properly and on time.

‐ Customs compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree in import/export, logistic. 

‐ At least 2‐4 years working experience in manufacturing / forwarding / logistics company/ Import ‐ Export  Department. 

- Have knowledge about Import/export, customs regulation, logistic. 

‐ Able to work well under pressure and tight timeline. 

‐ Carefully, enthusiasm, high responsibility at work, proactive, and supportive.
