Signal Integrity Test Engineer

-      Ensure accuracy of SI test report output, manage daily high volume mass production testing and new product sample validation (PE/RD) testing, ensuring consistency and availability product duplication in testing methods

-      Review and export SI test reports internally and externally, cooperate with third-party laboratories to complete testing, and promptly answer customer questions about test methods and reports .

-      Responsible for managing and maintaining testing tools and equipment in the laboratory, optimizing testing processes and reports of the SI test laboratory, training and improving testing capacity of testing staff, promoting improvements improve test performance

-      Develop test report templates, instruct test staff to accurately use testing standards and methods, ensure the authenticity and reliability of test data.

-      Monitor industry standards, and update SI test standards promptly.

-      Coordinate with PE/QE/ME to analyze failed product errors

-      Other tasks as assigned by manage

-      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or other related technical fields.

-      Have experience doing SI testing with related devices such as servers / switches / power cables connecting high-speed desktops.

-      Master specialized knowledge such as signal integrity, skillfully operate test equipment such as network analyzers, TDR, X-Ray, T-Rise, Thermal shock, etc.

-      Have good communication skills, good coordination with departments and good problem-solving ability.

-      Be responsible and handle situations well.

-      Good command in English
