The SIKA-GO-FUTURE TRAINEE 2026 isn't your typical entry-level job. It's a 15-month, fast-paced journey into the construction chemical industry where you'll get hands-on experience and see your ideas become reality. You'll help shape the future of construction, not just observe it. Throughout the program, you’ll follow a structured development path that prepares you for your future role at Sika, with two exciting career tracks:

• Sales Engineer: As a Sales Engineer, you’ll combine technical expertise with commercial skills to promote Sika’s innovative construction solutions, build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical support to ensure products are applied correctly and deliver maximum value.This role is perfect for those who enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and driving business growth.
• Specification Engineer: As a Specification Engineer, you’ll play a strategic role in shaping project designs by influencing architects, consultants, and contractors to integrate Sika products into their specifications, delivering technical expertise and guidance on product performance and application and ensuring Sika solutions are embedded at the earliest stages of project planning.This role is ideal for those who are detail-oriented, technically strong, and passionate about influencing the future of construction.

• HCMC Office (60 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Tan Dinh Ward): Sales and Specification
• Ha Noi Office (36 Hoang Cau Street, O Cho Dua Ward, Ha Noi): Sales

Candidates will be expected to start the full-time job in JULY/AUGUST 2026.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Recently graduated individuals (2025 or early 2026) with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 
• Have a strong desire to learn and collaborate with others
• Are confident, positive, and driven to succeed
• Adapt well to diverse environments and take initiative
• Are proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Are comfortable using digital tools and have strong skills in the Microsoft Office
• Able to start the full-time job in early JULY/AUGUST 2026.
