Lead the creative development process for film projects, from initial ideation and scriptwriting to storyboarding and production planning.
Collaborate closely with editors and other key stakeholders to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual narratives.
Oversee all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production, including casting, location scouting, set design, filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in filmmaking and social trends; approaches into our projects.
Deeply fluent in the DNA of social platforms — knows what makes each channel tick, how to spark growth, crack the algorithm code, and leverage research tools to turn insights into scroll-stopping content.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, balancing creative aspirations with practical considerations to achieve successful outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Writer, or related field is preferred(advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Social Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, storytelling ability, and technical proficiency across diverse genres and formats.
Extensive knowledge of the videomaking process, including scriptwriting, basic directing, basic editing, and post-production techniques.
Proficiency with industry-standard filmmaking equipment, software tools, and editing platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer).
Exceptional artistic talent, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, color, and visual aesthetics.
A passion for storytelling and a commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and narratives through video content.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
