Solar QA/QC Engineer – Rooftop Projects

In this position, you will be directly responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and supervising the quality throughout the construction and operation of rooftop solar systems — ensuring all components meet technical standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess the quality of rooftop solar systems during maintenance and warranty periods.

• Perform regular inspections to ensure system stability, performance, and safety.

• Evaluate the quality and quantity of materials and equipment used in projects.

• Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve issues arising during quality inspections.

• Prepare quality inspection reports and propose improvement solutions.

Requirements

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, M&E, or other related technical fields.

• At least 2 year of experience in the electrical or renewable energy sector, preferably with Solar Rooftop projects.

• Solid understanding of electrical standards (IEC, TCVN, etc.) and construction safety procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, etc.

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to travel to project sites when required.
