- Coordinate end-to-end OEM projects from inquiry to mass production.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and action plans.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting timelines.
- Organize regular cross-functional project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Ensure all departments remain aligned throughout project execution.
2. Strategic Sourcing
- Identify and develop qualified suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and OEM products.
- Source alternative suppliers to improve competitiveness and supply security.
- Supplier benchmarking covers cost, quality, service, innovation, and capacity.
- Maintain an updated supplier database and sourcing pipeline.
3. Commercial & Procurement Support
- Request quotations and conduct commercial comparisons.
- Lead commercial negotiations within delegated authority.
- Support annual cost reduction initiatives.
- Evaluate suppliers based on commercial, technical, and operational criteria.
4. Supplier Onboarding
- Coordinate supplier qualification with QA, Technical, and Manufacturing teams.
- Arrange factory audits, technical assessments, certifications, and trial runs.
- Monitor onboarding progress until commercial approval.
5. New Material & Packaging Development
- Coordinate sourcing activities for new materials and packaging.
- Ensure sample availability according to project schedules.
- Monitor qualification status and commercialization readiness.
- Support innovation projects through early supplier engagement.
6. Reporting & Project Control
- Maintain project dashboards and sourcing trackers.
- Prepare weekly project status reports including PO statement and vendor assessment
- Highlight critical risks and recommend mitigation plans.
- Track supplier performance and project KPIs.
