*** Workplace: My Xuan A Industrial Park - Phu My - Ba Ria Vung Tau.

1/ Handle procurement processes of Supply Chain/ Procurement of DRM for the Section and suppliers in the scope of project categories

- Receive & Check and Records documents/ slips of DRM goods deliveries.

- Make PO input for intaking qties at factory and CC.

- Make payment requests for supply deliveries (if any).

2/ Handle tracking reports, database and documentations of RM procurement from suppliers

- Update & Supervise procurement – recycling – charging projects qties in systems.

- Perform reports upon request.

- Settle issues relating to payment and documentation with the suppliers.

3/ Handle tracking reports, database and documentations of RM procurement for project customers.

- Record & ReportMonthly Report Sets of the projects.

- Settle issues relating to payment and documentation of project customers.

4/ Perform other works and duties assigned by Section and Department

- Administrative work, handling problems arising in the process.

- Perform other duties as requested by the superior.

- At least 02 YOE in Procurement/Sourcing/Supply Chain.

- Negotiation Skill + Dealing with problems.

- Work in a spirit of hard work/ care/ honesty.

- Sharp minded & Proactive.

- Have knowledge in Manufacturing plant & EPR …. are advantages.
