Steel Outfitting Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

• Manage a team of 15 to 20 workers specialized in steel outfitting fabrication and installation.
• Develop and implement detailed weekly and monthly work plans for the team.
• Organize tasks to achieve HSE, Quality, Milestone, and budget targets within a challenging environment.
• Develop the skills of the workers and participate in their training programs.

2. Collaboration for Goal Achievement:

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Planning departments to achieve project targets.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in shipbuilding or ship repair.
• People and works solid management experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong team spirit.
• Methodical and organized approach to production management.
• English proficiency (Mandatory for both written and spoken).
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Shipbuilding technical issues interest.
