STL - Community Manager

About STL & This Role
STL (beststl.vn) is a premium activewear brand leading the women's movement culture in Vietnam (Korean-designed, HCMC-based). We grow our brand through a verified coach community called Tiên Phong — differentiating through influence and authenticity, not price.
The Community Manager is the heart of this coach community. You'll bring coaches together, nurture relationships, and make our monthly offline events come alive. This is not a desk job — it's about creating energy among people.

Who We're Looking For
In one line: an active, extroverted person who loves movement, enjoys bringing people together, and communicates naturally in English.
• A mover — ideally you practice yoga or pilates yourself, and genuinely understand fitness culture.
• Extroverted & a natural connector — you make friends quickly and get energy from leading gatherings.
• Fluent in English — Thảo Điền has a large international, English-speaking community; you must host and communicate comfortably in English.
• Active & hands-on — you enjoy being on the ground (studios, events), not behind a desk all day.
• Vietnamese (native or fluent) — most coaches are local; being bilingual is a core asset.

What You'll Do
Area Details
Coach community Manage coaches day-to-day, run the Zalo and facebook community, keep coaches engaged and motivated, encourage content sharing.
Monthly offline events Plan, fill seats, run on-site, and capture content for the monthly Star Class in Thảo Điền.
Top-coach 1:1 Build 1:1 relationships with the top ~10% of coaches, find collaboration opportunities, work closely with our anchor (Star) instructor.
Recruiting & onboarding Source and help verify new coaches, run onboarding, set them up with their unique referral codes.
Content & UGC Capture event photos and reels, collect and repost coach UGC, keep channels active.Remind coaches regular posting with STL products on.
Tracking Log event attendance, new sign-ups, and coach activity; report to the operations team.

Requirements
Must-have
• Fluent English (working proficiency) + native/fluent Vietnamese.
• Extroverted, active personality — you draw energy from connecting and leading people.
• You practice or deeply understand movement (yoga / pilates / fitness).
• Available to run weekend / evening events (monthly events are usually on weekends).

Nice-to-have
• Yoga / pilates instructor certification, or a network in the fitness industry.
• Experience in community management, event planning, or social content.
• Familiarity with the Thảo Điền / HCMC fitness & wellness scene.
• Korean language is a plus (collaboration with our Korea HQ).
