Store Expansion Manager

1. Develop an expansion plan based on the annual store expansion target;
2. Evaluate and negotiate the location of commercial districts and stores, and be responsible for the results such as store location and cost;
3. Coordinate with store building suppliers to ensure the progress of store construction;
4. Maintain the relationship between real estate developers and Mall cooperation departments.

1. Very familiar with the local retail market and business district formats;
2. Have at least 5 years of experience in store expansion;
3. Having relationship with local business groups Mall、 Related cooperation resources of real estate groups;
4. Chinese or English communication (verbal & writing) is a MUST.
