Strategy & Investment Trainee

Traineeship period: 4 months

1. Strategic & Financial Analysis

• Support data analysis on operations and KPIs to generate actionable insights

• Research and summarize business expansion intelligence (real estate, demand estimation, market zoning)

• Build financial models and assess capital efficiency (IRR, NPV, ROI, sensitivity analysis)

2. Macroeconomic & Industry Research

• Assist in compiling periodic macroeconomic reports and tracking market data via Bloomberg Terminal

• Summarize key global and local economic developments with data visualization

• Support industry analysis, M&A research, and investment opportunity assessments

3. General Support & Administration

• Attend conferences and events when needed

• Assist the team with new projects and ensure compliance with regulations

• Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders

This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a passion for strategy, finance, and investment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields

• Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; relevant internship experience preferred

• Languages: Fluent in English and Vietnamese (English-speaking work environment)

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal is a plus

• Professional Qualification: CFA Level 1 preferred but not required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of market sizing and commercial analysis

• Business acumen and strategic thinking

• Ability to improve processes and drive impact

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
