SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

​​​​​- Participate in supplier qualification and re-evaluation activities.

- Conduct supplier audits (process/system and compliance) as assigned. Verify supplier corrective actions and follow up on audit findings

- Implementation of supplier development plans in alignment with the Sourcing Manager’s direction.

- Develop, execute, and monitor supplier improvement plans, support root cause analysis, and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality, delivery, and capacity issues while ensuring sustainable performance and long-term stability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the annual supplier scorecard and monitor improvement plans.

- Lead localization projects to reduce cost and mitigate supply chain risks.

- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing, manage RFQ process, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.

- Drive cost reduction initiatives and sourcing productivity.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

- Good coordination and English communication skills.

- Problem-solving and analytical ability.

- Familiar with QMS and Social compliance documentation.

- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Related Experience

- 4–6 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, QA/QC, or Sourcing in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience working with suppliers in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

- Experience in bags, garments, footwear, or soft manufacturing goods is an advantage.
