Supply Chain Director - Luxury Jewelry Manufacturing

Our client is a leading jewelry manufacturing company based in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, specializing in high-quality precious metal jewelry. As part of its strategic transformation toward becoming a premium jewelry brand in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, the company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and strengthen its end-to-end supply chain operations in a high-value manufacturing environment. The Supply Chain Director is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain of a high-value jewelry manufacturing business, covering planning, procurement, vault & logistics, administration, security, and escort operations.

Supply Chain Strategy

• Define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with premium brand positioning
• Design secure, compliant, and scalable operating models for precious metals and high-value materials
• Establish policies, KPIs, and governance across the supply chain

Procurement & Planning

• Oversee demand planning and sourcing of precious metals, gemstones, and production materials
• Manage strategic suppliers, pricing mechanisms, and long-term contracts
• Ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance in all purchasing activities

Vault, Logistics & Distribution

• Control inbound material vaults and finished goods warehouses
• Optimize inventory levels while minimizing loss, discrepancy, and risk
• Supervise logistics, domestic and international transportation, and delivery operations

Administration, Security & Risk Control

• Oversee administration, facilities, HSE, and infrastructure projects
• Lead internal security, access control, and high-value asset protection
• Manage escort operations for precious materials and finished jewelry
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (price volatility, FX, security, compliance)

Experience & Background

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• 12–15+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Director / Head level)
• Strong preference for experience in: Jewelry, precious metals, luxury goods, High-value manufacturing or asset-intensive industries
