Supply Planning Specialist

- Check and monitor sales history and coordinate with Sales, Demand, Trade, MKT departments.

- Measure according to production capacity (line, workers, production hours) and make supply planning

- Accounting production planning (by Day, Month and Quarter) to meet sales progress and inventory according to regulations.

- Coordinate inventory between production and DCs.

- Production planning according to Orders (Domestic and Export). Khau)

- Manage BOM and production plans set up in the SAP system.

- Plan the supply of raw materials for production lines.

- Monitor and ensure all raw materials are supplied correctly and in sufficient quantity according to MOQ, Order lead time, and inventory according to regulations.

- Transfer items Raw materials are shared across production lines.

- Monitor and update information on changes in products, raw materials, and packaging

- Monitor the expiration date of raw materials to take timely action (prompt action). production schedule, extended shelf life...)

- Monitor data, create purchasing PR

- Handle materials that are slow in circulation or discontinued

- OOS, SLOB, Input data Inventory

- Other tasks as assigned

- Graduated from College - University

- Major in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Material Purchasing, and Production Planning

- 03-05 years of working experience in a similar position

- Make and track good plans

- Analyze data and manage progress

- Proficient in Excel

- Good adaptability

- Analytical skills with the ability to identify priorities

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
