System & Network Engineer

What You’ll Own & Drive

Infrastructure

·    Administer, maintain, and optimize on-premises infrastructure including virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup solutions, and core services.
·    Manage and support Proxmox Virtual Environment, TrueNAS/ZFS Storage, and Zimbra Email System.
·    Ensure high availability, performance, and security of servers, virtual machines, storage, and business-critical applications.
·    Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
·    Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
·    Manage core IT services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File services (SMB, SFTP), and system integrations.
·    Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and vendor support activities.
·    Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and infrastructure diagrams.

Network & Security

·    Configure, deploy, and maintain Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and network security appliances.
·    Manage and troubleshoot Cisco and MikroTik routers, switches, VLANs, and policy-based routing.
·    Monitor and optimize LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi performance, ensuring network stability and availability.
·    Implement and enforce network security policies, access controls, and compliance requirements.
·    Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for connectivity, routing, switching, and remote access issues.
·    Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to improve overall system resilience and user experience.

·    5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Systems, and Network Engineering.
·    Strong hands-on experience with Proxmox VE, TrueNAS/ZFS, Linux/Windows Server Administration, and virtualization technologies.
·    Solid experience managing Fortinet firewalls, Cisco and MikroTik networking equipment, VLANs, VPNs, and policy-based routing.
·    Experience with enterprise storage technologies (SAN, NAS) and backup/recovery solutions.
·    Familiarity with on-premises email platforms, preferably Zimbra.
·    Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
·    Experience supporting production environments with high availability requirements.
·    Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
·    Intermediate English communication skills (B1 level or higher).
