• Support end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → screening → interview coordination)
• Source candidates via job platforms & social channels (LinkedIn, TopCV, Facebook…)
• Conduct CV screening & initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates & hiring managers
• Support onboarding process for new hires
• Support employee engagement activities & internal events
• Handle basic employee queries & support HR documentation
• Coordinate with other HR functions (C&B, L&D…)
• Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration or related
• Headhunter background is a plus
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Able to multitask and handle pressure
• Interest in both Recruitment & HRBP functions
