1/ TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Track recruitment requests and execute recruitment plans to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring demands.
Create compelling job advertisements; screen CVs and conduct interviews in collaboration with Department Heads and Hiring Managers.
Develop and implement Employer Branding strategies; manage and control recruitment-related content across internal communication channels, social media, and recruitment websites.
Monitor and manage recruitment budgets to ensure alignment with the approved annual budget.
Source candidates proactively; update candidate profiles daily and manage internal and external candidate databases.
Build and standardize recruitment processes, templates, and documentation to ensure effective and systematic recruitment operations.
Conduct labor market research, update recruitment trends, and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.
Track recruitment performance and prepare periodic or ad-hoc recruitment reports as required by the Head of HR.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Human Resources Division.
Handle all procedures related to Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and other statutory benefits for employees.
Execute payroll, bonus, and benefits calculations accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Update and monitor Government circulars, decrees, and labor regulations; participate in developing and improving the Company’s compensation, benefits, and welfare policies.
Manage personal income tax (PIT) procedures and other employee-related benefits.
Support the Head of HR in evaluating workforce efficiency and developing competitive compensation, reward, and retention policies.
Perform other duties related to Human Resources operations as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Education Management, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, insurance, labor relations, or employee data management.
Good understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and relevant HR regulations is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and highly committed to confidentiality and professional ethics.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems or databases is a plus.
Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic working environment.
