Talent Acquisition Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in daily hiring operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in CV screening, candidate communication, and phone interviewing, while gaining exposure to a fast-growing O2O platform environment. Candidates with basic design skills will have an advantage in supporting employer branding and recruitment content.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and screen incoming CVs based on job requirements
• Conduct initial phone interviews to validate candidate background and experience
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding documentation when needed
• Assist in creating recruitment content: job post visuals, social media posts, career page updates

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate (HR, Business, or related fields preferred)
• Strong attention to detail (for CV screening)
• Good verbal communication skills (for phone interviews)
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice-to-have

• Design skills: Canva / Figma / Photoshop
• Ability to create simple visuals for job postings or social media
