Job Purpose
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of indirect and technical positions, including staff, specialists, engineers, and managerial roles, to support business growth and factory operations. This role requires strong logical thinking, high ownership, and the ability to proactively understand technical job requirements in order to accurately assess and select the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment (Primary Scope)
Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across the organization, including:
- Staff and specialists
- Engineers and technical roles
- Supervisors and managerial positions
- Clarify job scope and performance expectations
- Understand operational and technical requirements
- Define clear selection criteria
2. Talent sourcing & market mapping
3. Recruitment data & process improvement
4. Other Support
Education & Experience
- Proven experience recruiting a wide range of positions, including:
- Technical and manufacturing roles (Production, QA, Engineering, Maintenance, etc.)
- Supervisory and managerial levels.
