- Responsible for the recruitment process for general labor and technical workers at the factory: from planning, posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing, to coordinating with other departments to ensure recruitment progress.
- Expand and manage effective recruitment channels: collaborators, employment centers, social media, local organizations, etc.
- Build and manage a TikTok channel to serve recruitment goals and develop employer branding (EB):
- Manage other communication platforms: recruitment fanpage, Facebook groups, company website, etc.
- Support the development of recruitment reports and data analysis using tools such as Excel or Power BI (if applicable).
