TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop talent pipelines through job platforms, social media, agencies & job fairs.

• Participate in candidate evaluations using structured screening and assessments.

• Prepare offer letters, probation contracts, and HR entry processes.

• Support employer branding and recruitment budget planning.

• Analyze training needs and organize internal training programs.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Assist with general HR/admin tasks and reporting as needed.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in F&B or FMCG sectors.

• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

• High attention to detail, proactive, able to work under pressure.

• Immediate starters are highly preferred.
