Job Summary

This position is part of the Talent Acquisition team and focuses on supporting recruitment marketing activities. The role is responsible for creating and promoting hiring-related content across social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and others, in order to attract potential candidates and strengthen the company’s employer brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Post job vacancies and promote hiring campaigns across social media platforms
• Collect and manage candidate applications
• Provide consultation and follow up with candidates throughout the interview process
• Support and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus activities
• Create engaging videos, write content, and design visuals/posts to attract and grow followers across social media platforms.
• Support other recruitment and employer branding activities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates or final-year students from colleges/universities
• Good communication skills in English
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with people
• Experience in hosting or public speaking is a plus
• Having personal social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Zalo, etc.) with strong engagement is an advantage
