About the role:
Being Responsible for overall people recruiting and selecting activities to ensure adequate staffing at all levels. Support line managers with advice on best practice recruitment and selection. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
o Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role (TA Manager/Lead).
o Required: Proven track record in F&B, Retail, FMCG, or high-volume chain operations (>200 employees).
Multichannel Sourcing: Proficiency in diverse sourcing channels, from professional platforms (LinkedIn, Job Boards) to grassroots communities (Facebook Groups, Zalo, TikTok, Local labor hubs).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Convincing skill and relationship building skill.
Good at spoken and written English.
