• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Set recruitment goals and monitor team performance regularly.
• Provide coaching on sourcing strategies, interviewing skills, and stakeholder management.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and present hiring insights to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluently communicate in English.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience with 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in mass recruitment, especially for Sales, Fitness, Retail, or Service industries.
• Hands-on experience in employer branding and social recruitment campaigns.
