Talent Acquisition Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Team Leader to drive our recruitment strategy and lead a high-performing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring DIGI-TEXX attracts and hires top talent to meet business needs in terms of volume, quality, and timeline. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, and implement innovative talent attraction initiatives.

Working location: 2nd Floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC

Working time: Monday to Friday

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Coach, guide, and support recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain high performance.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for positions from entry-level to management.
• Build candidate pipelines via social media, job boards, referrals, universities, and recruitment partners.
• Understand hiring needs, update job descriptions, and recommend recruitment solutions.
• Organize career fairs, hiring events, and talent attraction programs.
• Provide salary insights and support manpower cost estimation for projects.
• Track KPIs, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Conduct regular meetings, provide feedback, and deliver training.
• Ensure recruitment activities align with labor laws, company policies, and fair hiring practices.

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• At least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in mass hiring and specialized/management-level recruitment.
• Track record in employer branding initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and labor market trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate recruitment KPIs.
• Proficiency in ATS systems, recruitment platforms, and HR databases.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency equivalent to B2 level or above.
