Mô tả Công việc

  • Partner with Brand Teams to develop store staff competencies, ensuring the achievement of brand sales targets through training and development activities.
  • Address training needs in alignment with the training plan and ad-hoc requests.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials.
  • Deliver training sessions on Brand DNA, sales skills, product knowledge, and sales operations for store staff.
  • Deliver orientation sessions and soft skills training for office functions.
  • Execute the field coaching for store staff to ensure store standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, implement continuous improvements and provide regular training reports. 
  • Execute additional duties or projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Sales/Soft Skills Trainer or in Sales Capability Management.
  • Experience in the fashion retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with a variety of training methods: classroom training, field coaching, online/webinar training, etc.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and a keen interest in fashion trends.
  • High service standards with a dedicated service mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
