Mô tả Công việc

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Execution 

Recruitment

  • Own end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles and business units:
    • Hiring intake and role clarification
    • Job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
    • Offer preparation, negotiation, and closing
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to:
    • Align on role requirements, success criteria, and hiring priorities
    • Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and timelines
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate and support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Manage pre-boarding preparation, first-day onboarding, and early-stage check-ins.
  • Work with HR Operations and line managers to ensure role clarity and early engagement.

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job platforms, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Partner closely with the HR Manager to build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring roles aligned with workforce planning priorities.
  • Proactively engage potential candidates and nurture long-term talent pools to support future hiring needs.
  • Track sourcing effectiveness and contribute insights to continuously improve hiring quality and pipeline strength.

3. Employer Branding

  • Partner with HR and Marketing teams to execute employer branding initiatives:
    • Job advertisements and career content
    • Recruitment campaigns and hiring communications
  • Ensure all recruitment touchpoints reflect Citics’ culture, values, and growth story.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in interactions with candidates and external partners.

4. Internal Communication & Culture Partnership

  • Coordinate with the Culture Board to support people-related communication initiatives.
  • Support onboarding communication and employee engagement activities from a recruitment perspective.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and new hires to improve hiring and onboarding experience.
  • Act as a connector between candidates, new hires, Hiring Managers, and HR teams.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a Talent development / Recruitment managerial role.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup, scale-up, or dynamic organization is highly preferred.
  • Solid experience in recruitment, sourcing, culture management.
  • Good understanding of Vietnamese labor law, HR compliance, and payroll processes.
  • Strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Data-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with HR metrics and reports.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
