TAX ACCOUNTANT

MISSION AND ROLE:

The Tax Accountant position plays the critical role to support Chief Accountant (CA), and other departments to manage Authority report (Tax, Investment, Statistics), company tax position, and related accounting tasks to ensure the company’s positive position in front Authorities, especially Tax or Customs position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support CA to declare VAT (Monthly) & CIT (Yearly).
2. Support CA in quarterly tax refund
3. Checking imported/exported goods and do the finalization reports on imported & exported goods.
4. Working closely with SC team to ensure the declaration on imported/ exported goods are always correct.
5. In charge of other authority reports: investment evaluation and statistics reports, as per laws and regulation.
6. All other reasonable duties as requested by CA.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR POOL (to be selected or changed annually upon Companies/group target):

1. Accurately, complyingly reports being submitted on time.
2. On top of updating and being fluently of Changes/New issuances of tax/customs laws and regulations.
3. Level of assigned tasks completion.
4. Level of Non-deductible expenses
5. Level of non-refundable tax
6. Level of Tax exposure

WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

Internal:

Accounting, supply chain, Sales & marketing, and other related functions

External:

Internal and external audit, Taxatio and other related stakeholders.

Qualification:

B.A, major in accounting and financing; tax declaration certificates

Professional Experiences

3-5 years working experiences in Accounting, tax fields.

Require high accuracy, much attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly to meet deadline.

Good comprehensive reading skill.

Good communication.

Good in logic thinking and interested in learning new skill.

Languages 

Fluently in English & native Vietnamesenew skill.

Corporate finance & accounting (full portions)
