Technical Editor Assistant

As a Technical Editor Assistant, you are responsible for:

• Creating, editing and maintaining images and graphics of products and applications

• Creating, editing and maintaining data and documents

• Maintaining our customer’s image database of industrial equipment

• Collaborating with project teams for well-known industrial customers in Germany

• Actively working on editorial projects and learning the complex and diverse areas of technical communication in the field of data creation "on the job".

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor´s / Master´s degree/certificate in Graphic Design/Communication Design

• Relevant Bachelor´s / Master´s degree/certificate/experience in technical fields, such as computer science, mechanics, electrical engineering, etc. (desirable)

• Good knowledge of common office such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint 

• Good knowledge of layout programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

• Good knowledge of English language, knowledge of German language is a plus
