Technical Engineering

• Develop new products and technologies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure that projects align with the company’s strategic objectives
• Project documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to handle and fix scope for improvement in product nomenclature.
• Benchmarking the product with other competitors for improvements- Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Coordination with Sales/ marketing and Tech team
• Participation in innovation process.
• Participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of experiments to test new concepts or improve existing products and processes.
• Certification and Certificate of Confirmation (CoC)
• R&D MIS (Prepare and present reports on R&D activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management
• Ensure effective usage of Testing machines
• Trial and validation run of test
• Participation in inter laboratory testing & witness
• Maintenance of test facility for prompt and reliable service
• Organizing installation, commissioning and training
• Calibration and servicing
• Documentation
• Systematic record keeping of testing
• Maintaining ISO IEC accreditation
• Any other responsibilities assigned at time to time
• SAP activities
• Participation in audits
• Document all phases of research and development.
• Manage customer relationships and reviews, customer visits, and product testing.
• Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Comply with the company's safety and regulations
• Interacting with QC, R&D teams to cater their needs as centralized R&D
