Technical Executive

1. Equipment Maintenance & Technical Management

•    Develop solutions to upgrade tools and repair technical and medical equipment across all clinics.

•    Conduct periodic technical inspections and evaluate repair and maintenance needs.

•    Lead and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently.

•    Ensure that equipment and technical systems are always ready for operation, particularly during regulatory inspections.

•    Handle urgent technical issues and troubleshoot complex technical problems when they arise.

2. Vendor & Contractor Management

•   Supervise outsourced technical vendors and contractors during installation, repair, and maintenance activities.

•   Inspect and approve the quality of technical work performed after installation or repair.

•   Evaluate technical quotations and proposals to ensure cost effectiveness and technical accuracy.

3. Technical Team Supervision

•   Provide technical guidance and training to support team members in maintaining operational standards.

4. Technical Compliance & Safety

•   Oversee and ensure proper operation and documentation of firefighting systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.

•   Support preparation and readiness of technical systems during inspections and regulatory audits.

5. Technical Projects & Clinic Operations

•   Lead technical setup for clinic expansions, relocations, and installation of new equipment.

•   Support Business Development (BD) events

•   Manage and participate in technical improvement projects assigned by the Admin Manager.

6. Other Duties

•   Perform other technical tasks and projects as assigned by the Admin Manager.

Requirements (Qualifications & Working Experience)

•   Graduated the major majors in electrical & electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, and medical equipment technology or other relevant major.

•   Has experience in medical and technical equipment maintenance are preferred.

•   Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment.

•   Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and execution.

•   Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
