Alivira Vietnam is seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Manager to become the scientific leader of our organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine veterinary expertise with strategic business impact, helping deliver innovative solutions to the swine and poultry industries.
As the company's key technical authority, you will work closely with leading veterinarians, universities, major commercial farms, and government authorities to bring high-quality animal health products to market and support sustainable livestock production.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Training & Technical Excellence
- Strengthen the technical capabilities of internal commercial teams and distribution partners.
- Build a highly knowledgeable sales organization capable of evidence-based technical selling.
- Provide technical trainings and consultancies regarding assigned products / disease to colleagues and customers
Clinical Trials & Field Validation
- Design and manage field trial protocols in collaboration with universities and large commercial farms.
- Analyze trial outcomes and transform scientific data into practical marketing tools and publications.
- Generate localized evidence demonstrating product efficacy and economic value for customers.
- Conduct visits to customer farms for technical support and provide expert guidance where needed
Technical strategy
- Plan and implement the technical strategies in alignment with the Group’s direction
- Support the new product launches
- Establish strong relationships with veterinary professors, industry experts, consultants, and government pathologists.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences, technical seminars, and industry exhibitions.
- Enhance the company's scientific reputation and market influence.
Internal collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply chain teams to ensure alignment in customer support and product performance
- Provide feedback on field trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product or service improvements
- Contribute to key account management
- Be the contact person and problem solving for the technical related issues
Reporting and data analysis
- Prepare technical reports after the farm and customer visits, including recommendations and follow-up actions
- Collect, analyse, provide relevant veterinary scientific and market information
- In charge of the contents on product and technical publishes
Pharmacovigilance & Technical Support
- Serve as the primary technical contact for product performance issues and customer complaints.
- Investigate adverse events and coordinate with manufacturers on safety assessments.
- Provide rapid diagnostic solutions that protect customer operations and strengthen trust.
