    Mô tả Công việc

    1. Sales & Account Management:

    • Initiate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for domestic markets.
    • Plan and execute regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and maximize satisfaction.
    • Acquire new clients and expand sales volume from existing accounts by addressing their requirements

    2. Technical Support & Quotation:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and prepare accurate commercial quotations.
    • Collaborate closely with the Technical Service team to support customers and resolve complaints effectively.

    3. Operations & Market Feedback:

    • Coordinate sales, delivery, and after-sales services for products, chemicals, and equipment.
    • Gather customer feedback on new product demands and share insights with the Marketing team to expand the portfolio.
    • Fulfill other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc

    • Male/Female. Under 45 years old.
    • University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer in electroplating or plating chemicals (Strong preference for candidates with experience in Electronics Solutions or PCB plating).

    • Solid knowledge of electroplating processes and surface treatment technologies.

    • Fluency in English (both verbal and written) for professional communication.
